Booking Confirmation System
Pilots must confirm their booking between Wednesday, September 10, 2024, at 14:00 UTC until Friday, September 13, 2024, at 07:00 UTC using the same procedure we implemented in the last edition. Your slot will be given to anyone wishing to make a last-minute booking for the event if the slot has not been confirmed by the member that has booked. Several announcements will be made on our social media platforms and our Discord to remind you to confirm your slot.

Pilot Briefings
Last but not least, we are working hard with the airports that are participating in the departure and arrival phases to deliver the pilot briefings to you 24 to 48 hours prior to the event.
