✈️ As the event approaches, we kindly remind all pilots to review the VATSIM Code of Conduct, especially Section B8, which highlights the importance of preparation:

• Pilots should ensure they are familiar with the departure and arrival airports, airspace structures, and procedures for their chosen route.
• Good knowledge of your aircraft and its capabilities is essential for safe and efficient participation in the event.

⏱️ Remember: Your slot represents your Calculated Take-Off Time (CTOT). Please:

• Connect to the network 20–25 minutes before your CTOT to prepare for clearance and pushback on time.
